Return & Refund Policy

At FITXSYNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
✅ The item has all original tags and labels attached
✅ The item is not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., gift cards, hygiene-related items)

📌 Note: We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to improper handling.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us at support@fitxsync.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – Our team will provide the return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Securely package and send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund – Once we inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

📌 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
✅ Approve the return if it meets our policy requirements
✅ Process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
✅ Send you a confirmation email when the refund is issued

📌 Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges for eligible items. Contact us at support@fitxsync.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

📌 Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
1️⃣ Take a photo of the issue and email us at support@fitxsync.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Final sale items
🚫 Hygiene-related items (e.g., water bottles, resistance bands, supplements)


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2️⃣ Contact your credit card provider (it may take a few days to reflect)
